GBS H2R Operations Advisor
Job Description:
Responsible for the GBS Hire-to-retire operational tasks
Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities.
Responsible for monitoring, and reporting the performance for GBS Hire-to-
retire function
Get involved in process design activity, ensuring adherence to standard
processes.
Ensure that all confidentiality policies and data management rules are
followed in the team.
Planning of current and special projects within the region
Strong Coordination with all stakeholders in the organization

Educational Background in major of HR management or equivalent studies
Minimum 0-2 years' Experience in HR or Shared Services Operations (in-sourced
or outsourced) with hands on experience in managing teams
Ability to prioritize and work simultaneously with several projects
Proficient Knowledge of MS Office, SAP & Workday
Excellent verbal and written skills in English are mandatory.
