Role context
The Credit Controller 's position is responsible for the collections of all
outstanding school fees covering tuition and non-tuition fee invoices. Working
closely with the Finance Managers of each school on facilitate the actual cash
receipts from the parents whilst also on best practices for optimal balance
collection going forward. . Main point of contact with external lawyers for
escalation of aged balances, supporting on current court cases and processing
of receipts from successfully closed cases.

* ISP Middle East Regional Finance Team
* School Principal and Finance Manager
* Parent Community
* External Lawyers
Main responsibilities include:
* Prompt contacting and follow up with parents on outstanding debt. Improving the credit control activities during parent onboarding to optimise the amount of fees collected. Regular reporting to Regional Team on progress of each account.
* Ensure the timely collection of all current outstanding account balances
* Periodic reporting on balances outstanding and forecasting collections on a weekly basis
* Ensure finance records are updated with all receipts
* Main point of contact with external lawyers, liaise with school teams on documents required
* Forward to School Finance Manager and Principal requests from parents with financial difficulties
* Follow up with school and regional teams on actions taken and potential risks that are identified
Candidate Profile
* The successful candidate will need to have a minimum five year 's credit control experience. They will be a self-starter who uses initiative, can provide quick results, is deadline and results driven and has the commitment to seeing a process through from start to finish.
Essential skills/experience:
* Bilingual English and Arabic speaker
* Bachelor's Degree
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Dealing with external advisors (Lawyers).
* Experience in the education industry is desirable but not essential
