Job Responsibilities:


Preparation and maintenance of the residential resource aimed at applicants
or beneficiaries of international protection with addiction problems or dual
pathology.
Reception and reception of people. Support in their adaptation to the
resource and the community environment.
Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of the social integration
itinerary of the participants, in coordination with the multidisciplinary
team.
Carrying out personal and group accompaniments in necessary cases, aimed at
improving autonomy and integration,


Job Requirements:



  • Carry out the necessary steps for prevention and/or treatment in the health field, as well as support the rehabilitation of the possible consequences of the migratory process.

  • Ensure compliance with the regulations in the resource. Coexistence and mediation meetings and resolution of possible conflicts between users and/or the neighborhood.

  • Planning and carrying out group workshops focused on the promotion of healthy habits and knowledge of the environment and the general functioning of the institutions of the host society, at a sufficient level for autonomy in the activities of daily life.

  • Planning and implementation of leisure activities and free time (social and cultural context).
