You will be an important part of the HSE management team where you are
expected to lead and be involved in our continued health and safety journey
by:
* Lead and target our HSE work through the HSE coordinators in our operations, develop work environment and environmental goals and follow up results
* Develop policies, strategies and define activities to be able to achieve these
* Conduct the central management and improvement work through, for example, structural improvements in the management system 's efficiency and effectiveness (ISO14001 and ISO45001), and work with the development of our Caring Culture
* Be a committed dialogue partner to managers and employees through collaboration in Safety Committee and ARKO meetings, disseminate lessons and share experiences
* Encourage reporting of observations and incidents. Review incidents and in dialogue with responsible managers ensure that investigations are carried out, as well as disseminate lessons from incidents, observations and accidents
We believe that you have solid experience of working in the HSE area and
perhaps also in-depth knowledge from the energy industry. To be able to
succeed well and thrive in the role, we believe that you have experience and
insights from previous roles with managerial experience (including budget &
personnel responsibilities), as well as training in work environment,
sustainability / environmental strategy, chemical engineering or similar.
