Job Responsibilities:
Professional service and support for our restaurant and shop customers
Advice, support and service for our customers and guests at the main
reception
Processing customer inquiries and managing member administration
Sale of the offer, preparation and follow-up
Help in the kitchen, general clean-up work
Job Requirements:
- Successfully completed training in the catering/hotel industry or qualified further training (hotel management school or equivalent higher professional examination)
- Experience in the service sector (e.g. tourism, hotels, reception)
- Willingness to take on short-term deputies in the event of illness and holidays
- Willingness to work irregular hours (including evenings, weekends and public holidays)
- Customer and performance orientation, assertiveness, organizational talent
- Fast, precise and clean working methods
