Qualifications:
* 2 years minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment
* Effective communication within the coordinating departments
* Up-selling skills training, HACCP
* Working knowledge of all forms of coffee and standard beverage recipes
* Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment
