OSITION OBJECTIVE P
izza makers are responsible for baking pizzas in restaurant establishments.
Apart from pizzas, they may be required to make other pasta dishes or breads.

ey Responsibilities -
* repare pizzas, breads and other pastas as requested by customers. -
* repare dough by kneading and stretching as required, add toppings according to order slips. -
* repared food according to the procedures and standards within allowable time lines. -
* erformed preparatory work by chopping vegetables, grating cheese, and combining ingredients to make pizza sauce -
* easured ingredients required for specific food items being prepared -
* andled foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation -
* repare all package food items and ensure warmth for same. -
Manage pizza time in the oven - Slice pizza according to size and customer
specification. -
* egulated pizzas going in and out of the oven to ensure they were thoroughly cooked -
* eliver pizza to the counter or the customer when needed -
* esponsible for checking and ensuring that quality of food is consistent. -
* aintained food safety standards at all times -
* ssist in cleaning workplace and assist in maintaining utensils and equipment -
* aintained a clean work environment to adhere to sanitation standards -
* orked with large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep fryers and ovens -
* ssisted with opening and closing store as needed Health, Safety and Security -
* aintain the required standard of operational hygiene according to cleaning rotas at all times. -
* e aware of the Restaurant policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene, and fire life safety and ensure your direct reports do the same. -
