The Client Solutions Team - Saudi Arabia Lead will be hyper focused on the
Saudi Arabia business. Working with XFN teams to build out best practices,
playbooks, and vertical analyses for their clients and internal teams. Client
Solutions Team - Saudi Arabia Lead is the decision maker from the respective
team of Client Solutions Managers on process updates and product priorities.
Client Solutions Team - Saudi Arabia Lead partners with their global and local
counterparts to scale learnings and unlock revenue for their vertical. Using
the experience, influence and relationship-building skills, Client Solutions
Team - Saudi Arabia Lead provides TikTok-caliber client service, research and
market analysis. Client Solutions Team - Saudi Arabia Lead anticipates how
decisions are made, persistently explores and uncovers the business needs of
TikTok's key clients and translates that into solution driven offerings to
grow the business. Importantly, Client Solutions Team - Saudi Arabia Lead
leads from the front, acting as a working mentor to the team, enabling them to
become a first class unit. Local market knowledge and experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Define team strategy and vision for your unit in partnership with sales leads, that outlines team focus in the short, medium and long term
* Onboard new clients on the platform and everything related to facilitating account growth
* Lead oversight of campaign launches, ensure that assets are delivered on time and that go-live-dates are met across all teams
* Keep the client updated on new product/feature releases, updates, audience insights, research studies, platform trends
* Ensure client account optimization and scaling. Proactive account analysis, recommendations how to optimise performance.
* Strong data visualisation abilities and experience in translating data into insight
* Share results, insights and next steps with clients. Create and lead thoughtful decks and presentations that help our clients translate opportunity into solutions as it relates to their business goals
* As a people manager, meet weekly with your directs and the broader sales team to proactively track performance and identify new opportunities
* Plan and execute thought leadership within your focus area/country i.e. Industry focus events
* Report successes, challenges and revenue per client and other key metrics on a weekly bases and provide information to other teams
* Close working partnership with Product, building a prioritized product list across all verticals, facilitating knowledge sharing and input on Alpha/beta
* Be a measurement expert for your client, owning the education, implementation and execution. Able to clearly communicate complex learnings, provide insight and manage the conversation to ensure future scale
* 7+ years of experience in client servicing, digital advertising ecosystem, with demonstrated experience of managing teams
* Experience in managing a broad portfolio of large accounts with multi-million dollar quarterly spends
* Oversee effective campaign delivery, reporting, and skilled end-to-end execution
* Keep abreast of news on top clients and popular categories to help inform sales strategy
* Effective communication skills
* Proficient in English & Arabic
