As a Room Service Order Taker, we rely on you to:
Take orders from guest and make sure that orders are being served by the
service colleagues without delay and in an efficient way
Upsell food and beverage menu items whenever possible
Ensure smooth cooperation between the Kitchen and Stewarding
We are looking for someone who has:
At least 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
Excellent communication skills in English
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
A warm personality and positive work attitude
Takes order and support local sales, proficiency in Arabic is desirable
