Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, a positive self-driven personality and
experienced
manager to be part of growing Supply Chain team.
The International Sales Coordinator represent the liaison between various
clients and work with international
customers.The International Sales Coordinator will support the Export Sales
team in the follow up and support of the sales
destined to export markets as well as be the liaison between internal
departments and the export sales team in
order to meet the company delivery goals. Interaction with customers will be
an added responsibility. Knowledge
of logistics is a must.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinates with sales leadership on activities to achieve monthly target
* Complete understanding of pricing and quotes process.
* Demonstrates ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
* Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in increased market share globally.
* Responsible for developing database of qualified leads through telephone canvassing, prospecting, web based tools and search engines, email, trade show lead generation, and other industry networking events.
* Demonstrates the ability to gather order information and submit detailed information for processing
orders.
* Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales, and
follow-up activities in every country
* Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are
communicated and implemented within the team.
* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
* Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
* Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
* Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
* Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
* Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
* Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Bachelor's degree plus ‎3 years of relevant experience in similar role. International experience is a must.
* Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills are necessary to do this job well.
* Required experience includes administration and social media.
* Must have familiarity with functionality of social media platforms and understand the company's
perspective on current issues in order to moderate media sites.
* Excellent time management, organization, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
