Very strong knowledge of SketchUp, modelling complex geometry - strong user of sketchup plugins to improve speed.
Very strong use of Lumion and/or Enscape is essential
Strong and fast rendering skills
Demonstrated experience in modelling masterplan with an Architectural consultancy is a must
Strong in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
Degree qualification is preferred
Confidence in working in a complex and international environment
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team and very demanding deadlines
Fluency in English
