An exciting opportunity to be a part of AMEA supply chain team responsible for
reporting supply chain performance and reporting to management.
Responsibilities
* Collect and Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
* Compile and analyze data & review past sales data to determine trends & improve forecast bias of customers.
* Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources such as Shipment reports, Distributor Data and communicate with Team leader regularly and measure as per KPI.
* Collaborate with team members and members of other functions.
* Coordinates order execution from the moment it has been shipped from the plant till it arrives to the customer and makes sure all internal and external customers are properly updated.
* Ensures that the customer forecast in Bacardi system is correct and up to date.
* Developing metrics, reports, and statistic tool
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business-economics or Supply Chain
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or finance, preferably in FMCG environment
* Strong knowledge of Excel
* Good oral and written communication skills
* High level of detail-orientation and data accuracy
* Fluent in English
* Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
