Porsche Middle East & Africa FZE is hiring a Financial Analyst, for our office
based in Dubai. The position will support the financial controlling of the
organization, assisting in the preparation of monthly financial management
reports, evaluating project plans, forecasting, and budgeting.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical, accounting and communication
skills. This role requires the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-
paced environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism and
confidentiality. The PME Financial Controlling team is responsible for
preparing and reporting accurate financial performance information and directs
the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process, working closely with
all departments to establish realistic and achievable targets and plans.
Job Responsibilities
* Support accurate and timely internal financial reporting to PAG and PME. Analyze cost and revenue structures, trends and variances vs. budget and previous year. Develop recommendations for the Management to improve financial performance.
* Monitor and steer the further development and digitalization of the financial as well as the overall company reporting at PME.
* Provide support to the Head of Controlling, Risk and Directive within the budget planning, forecast and year-end process.
* Review purchase requisitions and ensure economical suitability as well as budget availability and align directly with the respective departments.
* Part of the preparation of the annual Shareholders Committee presentation and information gathering from all departments.
* Supporting detailed review of pricing data maintained by the Sales team prior to the release to the live system, in order to ensure compliance with Pricing Directive.
3 years working experience in an Financial Controlling, preferably in Automotive industry
