The Role
Job Description: • Greet and direct customers • Provide accurate
information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) • Answer
customers’ questions about specific products/services • Conduct price and
feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing • Cross-sell products and inform
customers about discounts and special offers • Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage to merchandise of respective sections
Requirements
Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills in English • Guide
customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests •
2 to 5 years of experience in the multi-brand organized electronics retail
