Job Description



  • Receiving Payment from Tenants.

  • Post collected payment from Tenants and issue receipt after valid and apply the check list of accepting payment and support document.

  • Settlement of receipt with related transactions.

  • Custodian of Cash & Cheques.

  • Custodian of Bounced cheques.

  • Custodian of petty cash.

  • Handing over the collected payment to Trans guard I Bank.

  • Handing over petty cash related transactions and collecting the cheques from bank.

  • Preparing Daily Deposit Report Cash I CDC /PDC and Deposit through Transguard.

  • Ensure all supporting documents are completed and getting necessary approvals for all transactions.

  • Follow up matters with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.

  • Implementation of company policy and procedures & adherence to management directives.

  • Work on external & internal audit requirements & testing.

  • Risk mitigation and process development.

  • Perform other duties and assignments from the Management with flexibility of duty time as and when required.

Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
* Minimum ‎2 years' experience in accounts department.
* Well experience and knowledge in MS Office.
* Excellent communication skills and office management skills.
