Your day to day**

• **Read, understand and follow the safety and security policy and procedures at all times.

• **Follow program policies, procedures and health guidelines at all times. ****


• **Continuously provide high standards of care within the program.
  ****


• **Ensure registration cards, sign in sheets and all paper work is filled in correctly and given to manager and all staff are made aware of allergies of the children.


• **Maintain a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness at all times
  ****


• **Regularly monitor supplies replenish from stores and let manager know before supplies run out so more can be ordered.
  ****


• **Helps monitor condition of facilities and informs manager of necessary repairs or replacements needed.
  ****


• **Immediately notify manager of all incidents, issues, guest complaints and suggestions.
  ****


• **Attend to any problems immediately and escalate to manager.
  ****


• **Always maintains professional and positive relationships with work colleagues, parents and children keeping in mind difference in backgrounds, cultures and individual personalities.
  ****


• **Speak English at all times while in the work place unless speaking to a guest who speaks the same language.


• **Consistently recognises parents and children by name, always giving a great first impression to every parent, child and other staff members.
  ****


• **Actively promote and encourage participation of guests and club members in activities and events.
  ****


• **Assist in the delivery of the programme and activities by following the activity schedule.

• **Encourage


• **Use initiative to come up with new ideas and suggestions to further improve the kids club.

  What we need from you*
  *


• **Recognized childcare or teaching qualification preferred.


• **Relevant Core Training: Child Protection, Food Hygiene, Pediatric First Aid ( International Standards)


• **Fire training (can be gained once here)

• **CRB check and medical will be carried out in Dubai
  ****


• **Childcare knowledge & Experience minimum of ‎3 years
  ****


• **Previous experience within a childcare setting.

  *Experience with children from ‎0-‎15 years old. If experience is greater in
  one age group and less in another then this is fine.
