As a Customer Care Executive at Zapegg Tax Consultant, you will be at the
forefront of ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your role involves
responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing
information about our tax consultancy services. You will play a vital role in
building and maintaining positive customer relationships through effective
communication and understanding of their needs.
Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and emails, resolving
customer issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally,
you will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex
customer queries, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer
service processes.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-
centric mindset, and the ability to empathize with customers. A bachelor 's
degree in a relevant field is preferred, and prior experience in customer
service or a related role is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. The
ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of
multitasking. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM)
software and a positive, solution-oriented approach are key attributes for
success in this role.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer care or client relations role is beneficial,
particularly in a service-oriented industry.
