JOB PURPOSE:
This role serves asea key HR role supporting the ME region and supporting
operations and employee relations. This role touches multiple aspects of HR
including operational transactions, workforce grievancs, personnel management,
compliance, administration, visas, outsourcing and personnel documentation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Manage daily Hr operation activities in the Middle East Region
* Responsibile for visa oversee and ensure that new visas, renewals, cancellations, work permits, access cards or any other formal documentations are issued on time and all employees are always operating within the legal requirements of their work base country
* Communicate with employees and provide feedback to their applications
* Manage relationship with PRO
* Assist with the processes with outsourcing agencies and third-party companies in different countries.
* Verify that HR proccess and policies are followed and implemented and that all laws, rules and regulations are followed.
* Handle employee relations and grivances : make certain that HR inquiries and employee concerns/requests are answered quickly and resolved or properly routed in a timely manner.
* Collabrate with HRIS incharge and other HR team members to ensure accurate processing of employees data.
* Ensure that personnel files and HR records are up to date and compliant and employee data is always ready to audit. Perform regualr audits on personnel files.
* Track and report staffing, retention attrition and other necessary data to HRD reccomend programs and/or enhancements as necessary.
* Plan and conduct new hire orientation
* Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skill and knowledge. Assist with training including preparing training materials and presentations as needed.
* Support on various HR initiatives and projects as required such as L&D, wellness, team building, employee recognition program and other team programs as an when needed.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND SKILLS:
* 7+ years of experience in similar role
* Past experience supporting remote offices across the Middle East
* A degree in HR or a related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Knowledge of Labor Law and employment regulations.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy and courtesy with company's personnel, customers, and third party stakeholders.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.
* Fluent in English, Arabic is preferable
