The HR Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing
human resources (HR) programs and initiatives that align with the
organization's strategic goals. They play a key role in attracting,
developing, and retaining top talent, as well as ensuring compliance with all
employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals
* Manage the HR department and its team of employees
* Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
* Develop and implement employee training and development programs
* Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews
* Administer employee benefits programs
* Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary action and terminations
* Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in human resources management
* Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
* Strong experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
* Experience in employee training and development
* Experience in performance management
* Experience in benefits administration
* Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
