What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will play an integral role in providing a positive and memorable experience for all our spa visitors and hotel guests
* Provide essential support to the Spa and Wellness facility working closely with its department head and spa team Legends (and other departments collaboratively) to ensure a seamlessly smooth running of its operations and beyond
* Perform a wide range of fitness techniques and training programs working closely with our guests on a ‎1-‎2-‎1 or group (small class) basis
* Be knowledgeable on all fitness modalities, machines and functional training programs offered, retail items sold and products used to support the services and guest needs and be able to utilize, as per expected standards, keeping up-to-date with latest trend reports and technologies in order to research new techniques that benefit the guest and promote the Wellness packages and plans
* Supervise the safe use of the fitness area and all equipment informing guests about gym etiquette and hygiene guidelines
* Evaluate each client's fitness levels and health conditions in order to create and execute the correct physical and nutritional regimen suited to the individual
* Effectively conduct detailed fitness assessments, classes and personal training sessions
* Build individualized exercise programs and fitness regimes explaining in detail while developing a plan that supports the fitness levels and desired results of the guest monitoring closely progress

What you'll bring

• You'll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the Spa and Wellness team


• Have a strong background in recreation and guest care in the luxury environment, with a minimum of ‎2 years' experience handling


• You have a talent for interacting, organizing, a strong attention to detail, and can effectively demonstrate exceptional guest relations


• Possess good team spirit, empathy and be guest-centric


• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You will have great skills in this area with a strong customer service ethic and know of its importance


• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Any other is an advantage
