Requirements
Key Responsibilities**

• Music Label Management: Oversee the music label partnerships with Warner Music and other collaborations, ensuring the selection of high-quality tracks that align with the hotel 's brand image and target audience. Maintain strong relationships with record labels, artists and industry professionals.


• Music Programming: Develop and implement a captivating music program that caters to the preference of our discerning guests. Curate playlists, DJ Sets, and live performances that create an enticing atmosphere and elevate the overall experience.


• Talent Management: Recruit, train, and manage resident DJs and musical performers, ensuring they deliver exceptional performances and uphold the hotel's standards of excellence. Provide guidance and support to enhance their skills and promote their professional growth.

  Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest music trends, genres, and industry developments. Incorporate emerging artists and musical styles into the programming to maintain a fresh and relevant musical offering.
  
  What We 're Looking For

  
  


• 
  

  Bachelor's Degree in Music, or a related field (preferred).

  
  


• Proven experience in music programming, label management, or talent booking in a luxury hospitality or entertainment setting.


• Strong knowledge and passion for various music genres, including pop, R&B, hip-hop, electronic, and international music trends.


• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with artists, record labels, and talent agencies.


• Experience in organizing and executing music events, parties, and live performances.


• Proficient in using music software and technology for playlist creation and DJ sets.


• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
