Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a reliable Marketing Coordinator to join the New Ventures
team to support the business and marketing team with day-to-day marketing
campaign execution & operations that will help fuel the business growth and
achieve desired results.
The New Ventures team (Strategy & Innovation) within talabat is a small,
multicultural team of ex-consultants and industry veterans. As a Marketing
Coordinator, you will support day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating
with relevant stakeholders across marketing teams to ensure smooth functioning
& execution of the New Ventures marketing campaigns.. Working with
stakeholders from different parts of the business, you can expect exposure to
different aspects of talabat.
What's on your plate?
* Work closely with relevant departments across the organization to ensure smooth operations, execution & delivery of ongoing marketing initiatives for new venture programs
* Managing & coordinating with creative & CRM teams on delivery & execution of campaigns (incl. briefing in design requests for marketing campaigns, coordination on set up and testing of CRM campaigns, etc.)
* Maintain and update relevant trackers including reporting & documentation of all marketing campaigns
* Supporting content creation for different requirements including campaign planning, briefs, translations, etc.
* Extending support on a need basis for adhoc operational requirements.
What did we order?
* You have at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in e-commerce
* Strong project management skill set
* You have strong stakeholder management & communication skills
* You are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
* Basic knowledge of business processes and marketing know how
* Attention to detail and results driven personality
Fluency in English. Arabic is an added advantage
