What you'll do


You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will be responsible for overseeing of the Housekeeping Office operations and to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
* Provide administrative duties for the housekeeping department, including emails, computer input, filing, tracing, answering telephones, printing reports, payroll, maintaining employee files and departmental record logs.
* You are responsible to monitor the housekeeping order takers and ensure that all calls and requests are actioned and completed as per standards.
* Ensure that all keys and work mobiles are inventoried and signed in and out daily.
* Completes inventories of all housekeeping amenities and cleaning supplies and arranges orders as required.
* You'll also participate in the management of the department's controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
* To ensure all Lost & Found is logged and stored as per policy and procedures.

Coordinator, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we
care for our hotel.


What you'll bring



  • You'll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.

  • You have a talent for problem solving, attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing environment.

  • You will have a good commercial awareness and cost control capabilities.

  • You will have leadership skills to be able to develop and guide a multicultural team to ensure exception standards and guest experiences.

  • As a detail orientated and hands on Team Player with strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to interact with all departments to ensure a cohesive working environment and to get things done.

  • You will be passionate, dynamic and guest focused who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of guest service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

  • You will be knowledgeable of PMS and be computer literate.

  • You will be able to comprehend P&L statements, payroll and purchasing systems to assist in the financial management of the department.

  • You have great communication skills with a strong guest service ethics.

  • English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.

  • You will have a least ‎2 years experience in a similar position in a luxury ‎5 star brand, with some pre-opening experience.
