Summary:


HR generalist MEA is a role that has a combination of responsibilities.


The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation of assigned
HR functions also will work on local and the regional Controlling &
AnalyticsTasks
The accountability spans from implementing HR operational strategies,
analyzing people information and leading HR processes to proactively engaging
in employee relations, executing employee development activities, and managing
& implementing policies and procedures in support of the company culture.
Main Tasks:



  • Data Analysis

  • Interpretation of data to turn into patterns and trends to contribute to business decisions

  • Monthly comprehensive reports back to the relevant members of the business and BoM to build awareness on global/local situations, with story line on variances and forecast assumptions

  • Performs all HR related transactional country specific tasks (e.g. contracting, leave & exit mgmt., all system related HR inputs for reporting)

  • Ensures delivery of high-quality HR processes

  • Consolidate attendance and manage payroll related activities

  • Communicates benefits-related changes and assists employees with questions regarding compensation

  • Supports smooth execution of local engagement programs along with the CoE

  • Provides on-site support for location specific HR activities (e.g., local onboarding)

  • Performs local HR admin activities for legally required tasks (employee details, comp information)


  • Actively participate and provide information for audits, risk, compliance
    Minimum Requirements:




  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant area of specialization with certifications in HR



  • Minimum ‎2 years' experience in HR or Finance controlling or Data Analytics

  • MS Office skills, Qlikview is a plus

  • Physically fit to carry out duties

  • Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.

  • Sound knowledge of local HR systems and requirements

  • Keen analytical skills with ability to interpret data and study trends.

  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
