Video Editor

The Role
We are seeking a talented and innovative Video Content Creator who is fluent
in English and Arabic, with experience working in the United Arab Emirates. As
a Video Content Creator at NWTN Motors, you will be responsible for planning,
shooting, and editing engaging social media and online videos that captivate
our audience and effectively communicate our brand message. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, plan, and execute
video content strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience.
• Develop creative and engaging concepts for social media and online videos,
ensuring they are aligned with the brand's visual identity and tone. • Plan
video shoots, including selecting locations, props, equipment, and
coordinating talent or interviews as needed. • Operate video cameras, lighting
equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage. • Edit video
content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut
Pro), ensuring a seamless and compelling final product. • Incorporate
graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the storytelling and
visual appeal of videos. • Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and
other team members to create cohesive multimedia content. • Optimize videos
for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and other
online channels. • Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in
video production, editing techniques, and social media video formats. • Manage
video assets, including organization, storage, and archiving to ensure easy
accessibility and retrieval. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including marketing, social media, and content creation, to align video
content with broader marketing initiatives. • Conduct video performance
analysis and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of videos and make
data-driven decisions for future content.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field is a plus. • Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video production and editing. • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is a plus. • Expert level proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is mandatory • Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics. • Experience in planning and executing video shoots, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording. • Familiarity with different video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization for various social media platforms. • Strong knowledge of current social media video trends and best practices. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset to produce compelling and visually appealing videos. • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates, with a deep understanding of the local culture and audience preferences. • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. • Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and industry trends.
