About the Team:
You will be part of a dynamic team working closely with content programming,
marketing, PR, and other core functions. Our goal is to elevate the TikTok
ecosystem through strategic partnerships across sports categories and grow our
brand footprint in the market. We keep data & insights at the front & center
of everything we do and use them to devise both short and long-term business
strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of creator accounts and PGCs.
* Capture the content trends within the sports vertical and lead the topic directions in short-video format.
* Establish strategic content partnerships with creators and community to build the right brand awareness and positioning according to the product strategy in order to drive content growth.
* Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as partnership operations and activations, relationship maintenance, and educational material preparation and workshops.
* Resolving issues with and between content creators such as inappropriate or misleading content, or abuse of giveaways.
* Responsible for the operational performance of Content Creators, and assisting their content performance on daily basis.
* Work with cross functions to co-create local campaigns and push forward for execution.
Qualifications
* Experience with content development business.
* Understanding of local content partner ecosystem industry, pop culture.
* Account management skills and time flexibility.
* Ownership to cover the whole creator acquisition chain (pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership).
* Ability to execute strategies and plans according to management planning.
* Strong communication and time-management skills - creative, and energetic.
* Experience in the sports industry and in creator management.
