As Hygiene Officer, we rely on you to:
Supervise and coordinate operations in compliance with the hygiene and food
safety standards
Implement, review and update food safety management system procedures in
accordance with local regulations and brand standards
Monitor, assist and perform all procedures and protocols for maintaining an
excellent sanitation and hygienic environment
Effectively and efficiently maintain records related to the Hotel's sanitation
and hygiene programs/initiatives. Ensure all related documentation and
supporting data, is in place, accurately populated and easy to retrieve
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Has strong interpersonal skills
Must have experience working in Hygiene department
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and the local language)
A self-starter and a team player
Enjoys being challenged
Solution-driven and able to work in a fast paced environment
