Job Description
As an Front Office Supervisor, you will show your leadership and interpersonal
strengths to oversee daily operations of the Front Office team while ensuring
an exceptional guest journey.

What you will be doing:
* Ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
* Demonstrate a commitment to personal guest service excellence
* Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
* Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
* Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
* Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
* Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
* Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
* Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
