Assistant Foreman
Job Description:
* Organize and coordinate the execution of works and the work of foremen and workers on construction sites
• Responsibility for the implementation of the weekly work plan
• Take care of the documentation that must be on the construction site
• On smaller construction sites, keep a construction diary, inspection book,
and other necessary documentation
• Control the working hours of workers on the construction site
• In cooperation with the construction site manager, ensure the accommodation
of workers on the construction site, and keep records of the same
* Take care of the timely provision of necessary materials for the construction site
• Take care of the proper and economical installation of construction
products
• Make suggestions for possible shortening of the deadline for the execution
of planned works
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Foreign language is advantage
• Driver 's license
* Knowledge of reading drafts
• Knowledge of the technology of performing certain types of works and their
sequence of performance and communication skills
• Solving conflict situations conditions
