Assistant Security Manager

Overview of the role

This role is responsible for the safety and security of the construction
sites, Storage yards, warehouses, and other facilities if any of the company.
He/She will be overseeing the security guards, gates operations, and
detect/report any suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their
assigned posts, which may be a threat to the company and its properties. Also,
ensuring to keep records of all movements and activities occurring on daily
basis at site gates / storage yard / warehouses.

What you will do

• Supervise and oversee security functions on daily activities.


• Evaluate, assess, and analyse performance of site security guards.


• Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.


• Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.


• Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.


• Make sure to maintain records of in/out for any visitor / vehicle at the gates of sites and stores warehouse on daily basis.


• Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.

Required Skills To Be Successful

  Minimum ‎2 to ‎3 years of related security experience required.
