Principal to lead the transformation and growth of our UK curriculum schools
to other parts of the region.
The successful candidate is expected lead the school with their vision and
core values, ensuring the spirit of excellence, communication & implementation
of effective teaching methods through high quality education and focusing on
the development of the students. Achieving the academic excellence requires
the school Principal to work collaboratively with all members of the school
staff and to communicate effectively with parents. Inherently, the position
has the responsibilities for curriculum development, innovative teaching
methods, extracurricular activities, and personnel management and facility
operations.

Educated at Master Level related to a field in Education Management.
At least 7 years of experience in school administration at Principal or Vice
Principal level or similar.
Good practical and personal knowledge of UK National Curriculum and their
adoption in an international setting.
Completion (or near completion) of a leadership qualification (NPQSL, NPHQ or
a relevant Masters degree).
Experience of working in a high achieving school (preferred).
Evidence of successful implementation of a range of whole school initiatives,
focusing on positive outcomes for pupils.
Experience of leading a school through accreditation and/or school inspections
Strong instructional leadership with knowledge on latest trends and
innovations in curriculum, teaching pedagogies, best in-classroom practices
and school leadership.
Understanding of the importance of culture and ethos of a school in securing
high standards, and of strategies for improving these.
