Financial Officer
Job Description:
* Register and control contracts;
* Control and register accounts payable and receivable;
* Make appointments at banks;
* Carry out invoicing, request commitments, order services, customizations;
* Perform administrative routines;
* Register all the information of the contracts;
* Make hotel reservations, register invoices for travel expenses
* Record all customer contact information;
* Participate in meetings with the team and other sectors of the company;
* Bank reconciliation, pouch closing;
* Other activities related to the administrative and financial sector.
Job Requirements:
Undergraduate and postgraduate Assistance.
Your must have at least 4 years of Dubai experience.
OFFERS:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
