HR Recruiter
ASTUDIO, the leading luxury lifestyle digital agency in the region, is looking
for a full-time HR Recruiter who has a real passion for hunting talent.

You need to be able to:
- Source and identify top talent through creative strategies
- Conduct engaging interviews and assessments to evaluate right-fit
candidates
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates –
we’re looking for a creative, sales-driven approach to promote our vacancies
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms
and professional networks)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to onboarding
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and share insights with
management
- Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems
- Fulfill our short-term recruitment needs, while building and nurturing the
talent that will lead ASTUDIO into the future
You need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
- At least two years of experience as an HR headhunter in Dubai or the UAE
- Lived in Dubai or the UAE for at least three years
- A deep understanding of the local job market, trends, and labor laws
- A creative and resourceful approach to talent sourcing
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, including LinkedIn
recruiter
- A proactive, go-getter attitude that represents our vibrant culture
