Mission & Main Objectives
Support new product Arabic system evaluation (incar, mobile app etc)
Frontline market update and regional requirements compilation and sharing
reports.
Product quality testing and lifecycle management support.
Conducting marketability & durability tests
Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any):
Conduct product / vehicle validation and feasibility trials on new
powertrains,platforms and prototypes.
Market, customer & product survey gathering & sharing with respective NML
teams.
Regional PIC for Translation Engineering therefore core knowledge on Product
understanding and function.
Support TCS new model teams, FQI in resolving product concerns in market.
Country Specifics
Responsible for all markets (GCC / NAF / MED / CIS) in FY23
KPIs
Quick detection of concerns and ontime periodic reporting of issues/concerns
to respective teams.
Project milestone up keep and product performance monitoring during validation
and after sale to customer.
Taking Ownership in driving the project from initiation till delievery.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years experience in vehicle development / Product development /
Automotive Service Engineering.
Automotive Technical knowledge
Product Knowledge
Tech report writing skill
GCC, MED - Market Knowledge & General Understanding.
Behavioural Competencies Required
Precise, unbiased, straightforward approach to analysis, reporting and overall
understanding of product and processes.
Precise in communication to both Internal & External Stake-Holders. No
ambiguity.
Process Oriented and results driven, self motivated.
Minimum Education
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
Language Requirements
Arabic - > Native / Bilingual Proficiency (Must)
