Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
You will be based out of Dubai, U.A.E. Your primary responsibility will be
driving business growth and expanding our market presence through innovative
marketing strategies, business development activities, and targeted lead
generation efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to
the success of our organization by leveraging your expertise in digital media,
content development, market research, and strategic planning.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive order growth and expand market share. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights. Develop and implement effective strategies to engage prospects, build relationships, and secure new partnerships.
* Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients. Utilize a combination of inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including content marketing, email campaigns, social media outreach, and targeted prospecting, to generate high-quality leads. Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel and drive conversions. Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation efforts to maximize lead quality and quantity.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Cultivate a network of contacts within the industry, attending relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
* Create engaging and impactful content, including white papers, case studies, blog articles, and website copy, to showcase our industry expertise and value proposition. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content that positions our organization as a trusted resource within the market
* Understand client needs and requirements through effective discovery processes. Provide tailored sustainability and digital solutions, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions and services. Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet client expectations.
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and insights to develop actionable recommendations for solution development, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure our marketing and business development strategies remain innovative and effective.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development plans aligned with organizational goals. Provide input on market segmentation, target audience identification, and marketing messaging. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, solution development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing and business development strategies.
Your Qualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid!
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
EnEngineering Degree with relevant certifications or training in marketing and
business development are a plus.
* 3 - 5 years' experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
* Proven track record of success in marketing or business development, preferably in the energy services/ESCO industry or a related field. Knowledge of Energy Performance Contracting is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of the energy sector, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability practices.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
* Proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis, and strategic planning.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to effectively communicate strategies, progress, and results through well-written reports and compelling presentations. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth
* Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
* Languages: English & Arabic, spoken and written.
