We are currently seeking a Studio Artist/Junior Designer who will play a
pivotal role in ensuring consistency in our brand identity across marketing
campaigns and assets. This position is ideal for those looking to work in an
exciting and fast-paced environment. Studio Artist/Junior Designer will be
part of the creative team and will report to Senior Designer.

How you will contribute:

Create a range of visually compelling marketing materials, including
presentations, social posts, digital and print ads, event assets
* Source photography for projects according to a brief
* Bring considered ideas in team meetings and creative brainstorms
* Communicate your design rationale with confidence and present your work to your peers and stakeholders
* Help stakeholders to identify and articulate creative needs
* Quickly grasp and sublimate ideas, and communicate that clearly in the work
* You will work with a talented and cross-discipline group of people that spans design, copywriting, marketing, product and editorial
The ideal skills for this role are:

A Graphic Design degree or equivalent qualification
* A minimum of 1 years of work experience in graphic design, marketing design, advertising, or equivalent fields
* Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop are essential while knowledge of After Effects is a bonus
* Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word as well as Google Workspace
* Experience or knowledge in one or several of these: Sketch/Figma, basic HTML and CSS programming, illustration, infographics, animation, video editing
* A keen attention to detail, strong typography skills and familiarity with design systems
* Keen instincts for visual communication and storytelling
* An interest in, and understanding of current innovations in the design world to keep your output fresh and relevant
* Strong ability to prioritise work as needed based on deadlines and move smoothly between distinct projects
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced entrepreneurial oriented environment
* Effectiveness as a team member and at relationship building
* Excellent communication skills (including fluent written and spoken English)
* Curiosity, intelligence, enthusiasm and desire to learn
