    Job Description: A Nurse & Caregiver in Dubai, UAE is responsible for
    providing compassionate and personalized care to patients in various
    healthcare settings. They work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure
    the well-being and comfort of patients. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care:
    Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring
    vital signs, and assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing,
    and feeding. Medical Support: Assist healthcare professionals in performing
    medical procedures, treatments, and diagnostic tests. Documentation: Maintain
    accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment
    plans, and progress notes. Patient Education: Educate patients and their
    families on health conditions, medication instructions, and lifestyle
    modifications. Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe environment for
    patients, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring proper disposal
    of medical waste. Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and comfort to
    patients and their families, addressing their concerns and providing
    reassurance. Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team,
    including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to develop and implement
    individualized care plans. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical
    emergencies, providing first aid and alerting appropriate medical personnel.
    Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in healthcare practices,
    attending training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
    Compliance: Adhere to healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and
    organizational policies.
    Job Requirement: Requirements: Relevant Qualifications: Possess a valid
    nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution. Licensing: Hold a
    valid nursing license or registration from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or
    relevant regulatory body. Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare or
    nursing role is preferred, particularly in a hospital or clinic setting.
    Compassionate Care: Display empathy, patience, and a genuine concern for the
    well-being of patients. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills in English are essential to interact effectively with
    patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adaptability: Ability to
    work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing
    priorities. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team
    to provide comprehensive patient care. Cultural Sensitivity: Respect and
