Your challenges
* Develop and test scalable, low-latency applications, APIs, and plugins that follow the highest coding standards for customers, internal teams, and third-party developers.
* Write code according to our internal standards, ensuring style, maintainability, and best practices for high scalability.
* Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and pair programming sessions to foster their growth.
* Troubleshoot applications during development and deployment, resolving any issues that arise.
* Implement automated unit and integration tests and conduct code reviews to enhance code quality.
* Collaborate with other teams to facilitate the successful deployment of new products and features.
* Ensure consistency and maintainability of codebases for efficient development and maintenance.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in back-end development
* Strong command of modern programming languages to tackle complex coding challenges with ease
* Experience in writing unit and integration tests and debugging server-side components
* Proficiency in version control systems like Git
* Knowledge of information security and data protection
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
What 's good to have
* Experience in Node.js or Perl
* Experience with asynchronous programming and scalable systems
* Familiarity with relational database design and/or open-source RDBMS systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
* Proficiency at using test-driven development (TDD) techniques to produce high-quality code
* Deft in Docker and familiarity with microservices and scalable systems
* Hands-on experience in Linux and other open-source platforms
* Conversant with Redis (caching, in-memory data structure, and real-time data processing) and its integration within back-end systems
