About the Role:
As a specialist in food and nutrition, our guests and members will depend on
you to guide them towards better eating habits. To promote the overall
philosophy and services working together with our guests and members to unlock
and achieve their goals. Curating a journey dedicated to a guest's needs,
delivering not only rewarding experiences in the short term, but also long-
lasting, sustainable success to reinforce the reputation and profile of SIRO
for providing an immersive lifestyle destination.

Role Responsibilities
* Ensure high standards of professionalism, customer service and optimum financial performance.
* Meet, greet and acknowledge every guest and member who are using the facilities and services
* Meeting with clients and identifying their dietary needs by assessing their health, exercise routine, and food habits.
* Developing and helping implement personalized nutrition plans for clients.
* Offering advice on how to stay healthy and providing support to help clients with their progress.
* Overseeing the consultation calendar to ensure efficiency.
* Simplifying important information for clients and explaining the benefits of staying on a healthy diet.
* Helping establish short and long-term goals.
* Ensuring that you stay updated on the latest nutritional diets and trends.
* Teaching the public and other health specialists about nutrition through articles and group seminar
* To show initiative when dealing with guest complaints and make such decisions, that achieve instant
* guest satisfaction whenever possible.
* To comply with all requests of Hotel Management.
* To participate in a daily briefing and a weekly departmental meeting as applicable.
* To be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
* Ensures that channels of communication are respected and information is disseminated corectly.
* Ensure that the company standards are being upheld as outlined.
* Attends all training carried out by the Training Department.
* Practices proper telephone etiquette with colleagues and resort's guests.
* Ensures excellent communication and working relationships with colleagues are maintained and
* contribute to the team spirit.
* Exhibits knowledge of the hotel and local culture.
* Knows and applies resort's Policies & Procedures, including those for the emergency situations.
* Ensures that all tasks assigned by superiors are completed, in a timely fashion.
* Should be in abidance with the expectations defined in the job responsibilities.
* Individual productivity, work efficiency.
* Attends training or those required by external partners as applicable.
* Ensure that each new member of the club is put through the New Member Journey and that all club staff follows through on their responsibilities to provide on-going support.

Key Skills and Requirements
* Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages a distinctive advantage
* Bachelor's degree in nutritional science, dietetics, or relevant field.
* A minimum of ‎2 years experience as a professional nutritionist.
* In-depth knowledge of biochemistry, research methods, and human physiology.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A critical thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills
* Ability to act as a role model to clients through own athletic body shape / aspirational
* Flexible schedule, available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
