The Role:
Our client is one of the prestigious international schools in Dubai and they
are seeking a passionate and committed Primary Class Teacher to join
their team.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching (post qualification)
* Possession of a PGCE or relevant QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Responsibilities :
* Develop and maintain a successful IB PYP program within the school, collaborating with the PYP Programme Coordinator.
* Create an educational environment that fosters effective learning for students in Grades 1-5.
* Treat all students with respect, establishing relationships based on mutual respect while maintaining professional boundaries
* Ensure comprehensive coverage, progression, and continuity in the planning of all taught subjects.
* Foster meaningful relationships with students, providing individual attention based on their abilities
* Promote a love for learning and encourage a culture of reflective practice
* Exhibit the highest standards of professionalism in teaching and relationships with colleagues and parents.
* Conduct instruction in English/French/German as per the language of instruction.
