Operations & Customer Service
* Coordinate with warehouse, last-mile & IT service providers for a smooth operation & customer experience.
* Order management processes.
* Work with internal teams for stock forecasting & inventory management.
* Manage customer service touchpoints ensuring with a high-level of efficiency & effectiveness.
Sales & Marketing
*
Review website content & user journey to identify any errors, areas of
improvement or friction.
* Use customer feedback & listening tools to provide insights.
* Co-ordinate with internal teams for new product launches.
* Provide marketing support for communities, CRM & internal processes.
Reporting
*
Maintain & develop relevant business reports using tools like Google
Analytics, Excel etc.
