The Officer, Operational Control will be responsible for managing End to
End process performance data, build data models, analyze process KPI trends,
create MIS dashboards and recommend opportunities for improvement based on the
data trends. Facilitate designing, developing and managing BI solutions.
Analyse business processes, facilitate data collection, data analysis and
presenting information through reports and visualization dashboards on a
daily/weekly/monthly basis to the key stakeholders

Work closely with Business, Operations, IT and other areas of the bank to
provide data related support, data research, data management and reporting
*
Organise and lead discussions with business, IT and operational data owners
*
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business processes, understand
database structures and address business problems
*
Work with a variety of data sources and provide actionable insights from
massive datasets to enable business decisions
*
Troubleshoot and investigate anomalies in data to streamline reporting
*
Perform extensive data validation and quality assurance within large datasets
*
Build data models for use in automated reporting and statistical analysis
*
Develop new standards for data validation wherever is necessary
*
Enhance the STP percentage in Central Operation to eliminate manual effort
*
Build new reports for STP/NSTP volume along with percentage, wherever is
necessary to drive stakeholder/management decision making
*
Improve existing business object report formatting against legacy report to
enable onshore & offshore segregation for COD dashboard/Management update
*
Improve business object (BO) legacy report formatting for COD
dashboard/Management update to enable onshore and offshore data visualization,
productivity & decision making
*
Develop and maintain automated dashboards, KPI/metrics reports and data
visualisation to increase data accuracy, stability and overall performance
*
Evaluate End to End process performance KPIs for inefficiencies and gaps in
data reporting to create automated dashboards and customer journeys
*
Identify opportunities to improve data and business processes using BI tools
*
Perform data management and build data governance processes
*
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on the progress of a project and
manage expectations of stakeholders and overcome any conflicts by effectively
engaging them in a timely way. Actively seek new and leading
technology/digital solutions to continuously improve and modernize the
business processes.

Contribute towards implementing the Governance & Operational Control
Program/standards and driving the culture and mind set throughout CBD.
