About The Role

Are you an experienced design professional with hands-on supervisory
experience? Do you enjoy working closely with a diverse set of individuals?
Are you ready to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously?

As Administrator, Interior Design Projects you will be involved in all phases
of the design project (concept to completion). You will work closely with
designers, facilities department, purchasing, manufacturers, contractors,
vendors, and end-user departments. Additionally this role focuses on producing
detailed drawings in CAD software and formating images, while being able to
manage multiple projects and manage workload efficiently. This role has
supervisory and budgetary responsibility. Proficiency in writing interior FF
&E specifications is a must.

About You

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor 's degree / diploma / equivalent
qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture with
minimum ‎3-‎5 years of previous work experience in a similar position. We're
looking for a candidate with strong conceptual design skills - able to
undertake design project and proficient in furniture layout, color, lighting,
material selection, custom furniture, and installations. Additionaly we'd like
you to be proficient in writing interior FF&E specifications - interpret what
is needed for the 'look' and select appropriate FF&E items, draw simple custom
furniture drawings and details, produce drapery and bedding drawings, custom
upholstered furniture etc. You need to be able to communicate design ideas and
build the materials library.

You will have to demonstrate great interpersonal and communication skills with
both internal and external stakeholders and be able to interface effectively
with all levels of management. In this role, you will have the natural ability
to effectively influence through knowledge, relationship management, and
