Job Description
The concierge role is an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, ticket
manager, hotel representative, and public relation agent. This service is
delivered with politeness, efficiency, and friendliness as we aim to
continually exceed our guest's expectations. At Minor Hotels, we are proud to
represent our hotel and our country to guests from all over the world. We
treat our guests and our colleagues with respect and work hard together to
deliver the highest quality of service to all.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
* To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries to the full satisfaction of the guest.
* To be knowledgeable of the hotel product and services, and the area in which the hotel is located.
* To oversee operations of the bell section and transportation operations
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have hotel experience in UAE
The successful candidate must have a valid UAE Driver's license
He / She must be able to communicate in English.
