MAKE UP FOR EVER, a subsidiary of LVMH, is looking for a trainee for PR &
Influencer Marketing. Based in the Dubai office & reporting to the Brand
Influence Manager, the ideal candidate will be assisting the digital
department to manage PR campaigns, brainstorm ideas & shoot content to boost
engagement as well as manage reporting & day to day operation.
Program objectives include:
* Learning the importance/benefits of different platforms when it comes to content & paid media (including Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat & YouTube)
* Understanding the beauty landscape in the Middle East
* Understanding different pillars of digital & how they all come together for a product launch
* Creating content & social media strategies
* Using social media tools to analyze competitive data & build reports
* Understanding media & influencer landscape in the region
* Learning to build a strategy
Applicant responsibilities
* Monitor social media for industry & competitor news & alerting the team on an ongoing basis
* Monitor & tag all influencer coverage via Tribe Dynamics
* Work with PR Manager to plan & execute large scale product seeding to influencers & MUAs
* Update influencer & MUA list on an ongoing basis
* Help establish PR closet in the office & develop product send- outs to influencers & media for key consumption periods
* Assist with PR projects
* Be on alert for makeup hacks/trends on TikTok/social media
* Attend influencer & press meetings with manager
* Attend meetings with agencies
* Help build PR strategy
* Help with administrative tasks such as adding suppliers, raising & receiving POs, tracking budget
Fresh Graduate with Major in Communication or PR
Interested in the beauty or Fashion industry.
Comfortable with the usage of Social Media apps
