JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of Operations for META Region (Middle East, Turkey &
Africa) and to the EMEA Supply Chain VP; you are responsible for the
performance of the supply chain as defined with the business (in the service
level agreement, for all the commercial entities of the geography) and as
defined with EMEA Operations and Supply chain. You drive the progressive
integration of META SC in the global EMEA Rx SC and its transformation
according to group SC guidelines (18 sites), you are responsible of 2 direct
reports and animate the supply chain teams across the geography.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
You are responsible for the performance of the supply chain to the customers in reliability (service), responsiveness (lead time) and efficiency (costs). You define with the local business team the Service Level Agreement applicable to the supply chain end to end in coordination with EMEA Supply Chain Management Team for all products and offers, and you make sure that supply chain processes are set up accordingly.
You are responsible to build and drive action plans to reach objectives for the region, and to track and report the performance through BSC and standard SC reporting
In coordination with the steering EMEA Rx SC functions, you are responsible for the region of the Demand and Supply planning process, the inventory management, the Order Planning and Fulfillment process and the New Product introduction roadmap as well as product offer rationalization.
You are responsible for distribution performance and logistic cost optimization, lead time improvement of logistic operations and optimization of the working capital. You manage the capacity of our assets to guaranty the continuity of the service on the long term.
You coordinate transformation projects, establish functional requirements, manage implementation of delivered solutions. Also, you provide necessary information and reporting to EMEA Rx Operations & Technology steering functions
You contribute to the continental supply chain community by sharing best practices and building a skills development plan for the geography supply chain teams.
