Grow and develop the BSM, Powder, ELN & Evaporated Milk Categories
This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in the development of some of
Arla Foods MENA's most important categories, where you will be required to use
your creative and analytical skills to find effective ways to drive
penetration of the category, deliver the growth ambitions and lead the
innovation pipeline. The position is based in our Dubai Regional Office and
reports to the Head of BSM & MYP, MENA.
As the Junior Regional Category Manager for BSM & MYP, you will be responsible
for:
Commercial Marketeer with Leadership Background
As a person you are independent, out-going and used to taking the lead. You
have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably from FMCG within marketing
or equivalent. As a knowledgeable marketer, you have a commercial mindset and
experience with category management, integrated communication plans and you
are familiar with the fundamentals of brand building.
Your global and outgoing mindset enables you to work with people across
cultures and to create strong relationships in order to build commitment with
all relevant stakeholders. Relying on strong project management skills, you
can lead, drive and create clear direction to motivate others to follow and
create results. Having an eye for details, analytical skills, creative
thinking and solid commercial understanding are essential to the role.
Moreover, you know how to navigate safely in a matrix organisation, and your
English proficiency leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Arabic speaker
and GCC experience are strong advantages.
