The Candidate

As Recruitment Manager you will join a committed human resources team, driven
with the intent of delivering 'FIVE-star' experiences to an international
diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

The VIBE at FIVE is all about performing optimally while having the best
professional experience of your life. You will be expected to have a passion
for your role, disrupt norms all whilst having the best time of your life.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active
environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are
second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and
critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye
for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think
'on your feet' during changing situations is also essential.

You'll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving
service goals.

Key Responsibilities
*
Maintain online recruitment HRMS portal ensuring touch point on all
applications received
* Proper tagging of high potential talent on internal recruitment portal
* Will be hands on and will individually be responsible for hiring at senior levels
* Lead Sourcing Strategies
* Assist department heads with closing and negotiating with the candidates
* Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
* Manage the relationship with Internal Stakeholders
* Review the information provided by hiring managers to ensure that the department has covered everything on the new vacancy including budget, start dates, etc.
* Liaise with HR Business Partners where needed to ensure the hiring process moves smoothly and escalate concerns if necessary.
* Oversee hiring plans developed by the team to ensure timelines are reasonable for submissions, interviews, calibration and updates.
* Build and maintain a talent pool
* Be responsible for promptly posting all open positions on recruitment channels, making sure the advertisement content meets brand standards and the relevant positions.
* Promptly deliver recruitment updates and make sure the figures are accurate.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

What We 're Looking For

• Minimum ‎3 years of extensive recruitment experience.


• Experience in F&B Recruitment


• Experience recruiting in high volumes is preferred


• Good organization and coordination skills.


• Result driven and can work under pressure.
