The Housekeeping Manager manages and oversees the housekeeping operations in
this ultra-luxury hotel, supporting the Executive Housekeeper ensuring that
the guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are kept clean and
well-maintained, and managing the cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.

The Housekeeping Manager is also responsible for maintaining high standards of
cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

Role Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean, well-maintained, and up to the standards of the hotel
* Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping colleagues, including team leaders, housekeepers, valet attendants, and public area attendants
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
* Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked
* Work closely with other departments, such as front office and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction
* Manage and monitor the departmental budget and expenses
* Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for housekeeping-related products and services
* Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies

Key Skills and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
* Minimum of ‎5 years of experience in housekeeping management in a luxury hotel environment
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
