for the position of the GENERAL MANAGER for MELI Á WHITE HOUSE (LONDON -
UNITED KINGDOM)

* The capital of the United Kingdom combines both tradition and this is one of the most important properties of the brand
* At the junction of Marylebone Road and Regent's Park, this striking 4-star city hotel was built back in 1935.
* The hotel has 581 rooms and 112 apartments. And restaurant and Bar .
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Providing direct support to the Operations Director in London,
*
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the Operations of the Hotel
and leading the team ( so operations is going to be your key work)
* Operation, coordination, management,
* Be a team leader to inspire the high performance of hotel teams
* Implementations of Procedures and policies of Melia Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND :
University diploma / degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality
and Tourism studies).
International experience is preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ( MUST HAVE) :
LANGUAGES
* High level of English is mandatory - verbal and written
* Spanish will be ideal too.
